Regent is a leading property management firm in Kenya and has handled a large percentage of prime commercial and residential developments in major towns. Our assessment is in recognition of the large portfolio of both commercial and residential property. At the moment total portfolio of managed properties comprise of commercial space of approximately 1,100,000.00 square feet and total of 982 units residential units spread around the country.
